Alice  is looking for some new music.


She has a particular artist in mind.


She goes to the browse tab.


She presses the drop-down under the 'search' box.

A drop-down check list appears.


Alice is able to select the sort of thing she is looking for.

With 'Artist' selected, Alice types in the name of a noted and amazing artist, who you really should listen to, by the way. 


She presses the 'search' button.

After a little while the search results appear.


There are quite a lot. 


Alice scrolls to the bottom of the list, and finds 3 dots appear at the bottom of the list.


She presses them, and..

The item menu shows everything we can do with this track.


We can:
  • share it with others
  • play it 
  • add it to a playlist


In this illustration we can share it. Tap on 'Share'.

This is the start of the 'Share' wizard - 


It allows us to inform the user what is going on.


The user can chose to share with single, specified friends, or groups for convenience. 




Note the very important link to settings. It's here that we can let the user dive out of the sharing process to ensure that she is sending the things she is comfortable with.




Tap 'Next' to choose friends to send to.

This step allows us to choose individual friends to share with.


Tap on a friend, to select them.

We've selected Alice to share our track with.


Now press next to see groups we can share with, too..

We're not interesting in sharing with a group right now; simply press Next.

This is the final chance to abort the process, before we send the information to the selected friends.

We've successfully sent share messages to our friends. Press Done to go back to the results, and do this again.
