We're going to create a group.


This is simply a container into which we put put Friends, who have already connected.


When creating a group, there is no facility to add friends or connect to them. This happens by another method.


Here we go: tap the context menu on the shortcut bar, at the bottom of the screen.

Tap on the 'Create a group' menu item.

Up pops the Create Group dialog box, where you can name the group. 


Tap on the input box to name the group.

We've named the group 'Saturday Group'.
Now press 'Done', to create it.
Ξ∞×
Now we've created the Saturday Group!


Press the context menu at the bottom of the screen to go through it again.


Swipe right-to-left on the group, to bring up the item's menu.

The item menu shows everything we can do with this group.


We can:


  • Remove it
  • share its contents with others
  • edit it (rename it, add and remove friends we have already connected with)


In this illustration we can remove the group, or edit it.

This is the edit group dialog. 


We can rename the group by pressing the 'pencil' icon.


We can change the contents of the group, by adding and removing friends.


To add some friends, press 'Add'.

This is the friends chooser dialog.


We are able to select Freinds who are not yet already selected.


We have one friend we can select from.


Tap on the check box to select this friend.

Now the friend is selected, we can press 'Done'.


This will add the friend to the group.


Pressing Cancel will leave the group unchanged.

Now we have a group with a member.


We can see what we can do with this item, by swiping right to left, to bring up another menu.

Re can remove the item from the group, by pressing Remove.

We can name or rename a group here.
